Keaton Hill, government relations specialist, provides guidance to clients regarding policy issues that impact their organizations, and helps clients build relationships that further their government relations goals. He monitors policy-making bodies at the local, state and federal levels, provides analysis, and develops strategies. Keaton works with clients on business development and workforce development projects.
Keaton is a proud Arizona native, Gilbert High School graduate, and Men’s Volleyball State Champion. After receiving an Associate’s from Chandler-Gilbert Community College, he attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
A leader on campus, Keaton served as Vice President of the BYU Democrats, participated in formal college debates, organized school-approved demonstrations, and successfully lobbied school administration to implement fairer Honor Code enforcement policies.
While attending school in Utah, Keaton directed two successful State Senate races and one City Council race. In the process, he helped State Senator Chris Wilson defeat a 40-year incumbent and assisted Councilwoman Ana Valdemoros in becoming the first Latina elected to the Salt Lake City Council. After serving as her Campaign Manager, Keaton interned for Utah Senate Minority Leader Karen Mayne during the 2020 legislative session, where he aided the Senator in passing over 13 pieces of legislation.
In his free time, Keaton enjoys comedy, meditation, the gym, and seeing the latest movies.
