Implementation and Compliance Considerations
While the DOL encourages immediate use of the updated form, it remains unclear when it will become mandatory. The Department of Labor has indicated that guidance is forthcoming regarding the transition period to the sole use of the newly revised WH347 form. Both the previous and newly revised WH-347 forms are available for use. A fillable PDF version of the revised form will be released soon.
Contractors and subcontractors should begin familiarizing themselves with the new form to avoid potential compliance issues. For immediate access to the non-fillable version of the revised WH-347 form, visit https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/forms/wh347.
Additional information on the transition period and final compliance requirements will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
