The Best Places to Work annual competition rewards companies that inspire employees by fostering healthy work environments. Each company employee completes a survey, and an independent employee feedback software compiles the results. Winners are determined largely on the survey results.

Survey questions determine the corporate culture, including employees’ opinions of management, company benefits, camaraderie and general work environment.
